Group Game-Camberwell SE5

Camberwell is an inner-city in the Borough of Southwark, it is a district of London. It is a mixture of relativey well preserved Georgian and twentieth century housing. It includes a number of tower blocks.

First time we went to Camberwell, Michelle and her friend lead us to found the area.We walked from Elephant & Castle to the area, it spent quite a long time and then we saw the Camberwell Green playground .The brand of the playground shows: “Camberwell Green SE5". All of us felt exciting, it liked the beginning of our trip. The playground is a small but beautiful place, paths were covered with yellow leaves. Children played with their parents there.

Then we found a library of Camberwell in Church Street after we went out the playground. It is also a small place . In the library, we took photos and got maps for SE5, and got information about characteristics of Camberwell as well. Went out the library we saw another typical building of Camberwell, a church.

Each of us chooses one place of Camberwell after we went back. Green place, Church, Library, and some of us went there again to find other typical buildings for our pathway.

However, the object of our game is hope people who play the game can get information about Camberwell not only its basic location but also its characteristics as we found. Also, we wanted the game we created was different from others. For the purpose, we made a jigsaw puzzle. Tow boards were glued together except 10 empty spaces. The board on the top made 10 doors to open. Maps of each place we invited in Camberwell were put inside to help people who play the game find the right area. We write the number from 1-10 on the doors as well.Otherwise, behind these doors, each of us glued a piece of paper showed: Take a picture of… and then witted what we want they found. For example of mine, Take a picture of the Camberwell Green; the Green is a district of London and it in the London Borough of Southwark. That means I want them take a picture of the Camberwell Green playground, I showed details of the Green to help them to find the place. Moreover, some of us want other group to take picture of a number of a house or find some specials of a place. However, each of us put different ideas inside the 10 empty spaces.

At least, we created the game was not very difficult but showed all the information as more as we can found about Camberwell(SE5) . I must say that we have group spirit hence we began the porject. We are a good team.
